Debbie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Assoction of Realtors and Rivers Association of Realtors. In addition to her work related affiliations, Debbie devotes time to many local organizations. She serves as the Treasurer for the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and Gloucester Rowing Association and is member of Kiwanis International, Union Baptist Church, Christian Business Referral Guild and serves on the fundraising committee for the Gloucester/Mathews Free Clinic.
Debbie has been recoginized for excellence in real estate and has received multiple awards for her efforts. She is the recipient of Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of Realtors Silver Award for 2004 & 2005, Gold Award for 2006 and Platinum Award for 2007 & 2008. She has also received the Mobjack River Achievement Award for 2004, North River Achievement Award for 2005, Chesapeake Bay Achievement Award for 2006 and Atlantic Achievement Award for 2007 & 2008.
