I started in the construction industry in the late 80’s working summer jobs in the stone and tile fabrication business. Two of us were bringing in 10 foot by 6 foot granite slabs with ropes and sweat, laying them on steel tables and manually pulling diamond studded blades for days across the slab, cutting and polishing them for install. I had found my career. Over the years I have traveled across the country as a construction material representative, remodeled countless kitchens and bathrooms, built over 100,000 square feet of custom residential homes, developed a waterfront subdivision and graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville with focuses in both Business and Technology.

Today, I continue to push for a better home design, product specification and consumer satisfaction. Standards like the Zip Wall sheathing, Advantec floor system and Controlled Crawl Spaces are installed in an effort to eliminate the fungus/water penetrations of a home and advance the lifecycle of the home or its Green footprint.

I have surrounded myself with some of the industry’s best people and subcontractors. Like Joe Delrossi, a contract A licensed builder, whose sense of job mechanics helps elevate our craftsmanship and the on time delivery.
